Drew: So Jordan, you put in a hard year of filming back home in Ottawa last winter, you planning on keeping it up?

Jordan: Yeah man, Im pumped to be back out west and able to hit the streets and pow out here.

D: What have you been up to lately?

J: Just hustling away, stackin cash. Riding at Seymour has been sick too.

D: No doubt, do you feel like riding out here (whistler/vancouver) has made you a stronger rider?

J: For sure, I think just riding more, on bigger runs makes you a better rider. It's all about balance. Riding in Whistler will make anyone a better rider.

D: So true, do you feel that there is a good balance these days between technicality and style?

J: I think that style is natural. You can push your riding and try new tricks and the style will come over time. You can't force style.

D: Who do you admire in both those areas?

J: Lucas Magoon, Joe Sexton, Jed Anderson, Travis Rice, JP Walker. just to name a few.

D: No Shawn White? Pat Moore? what about those dudes?

J: no comment

D: Why do you like pop radio music?

J: What ever makes me move my feet dude. I have alot of other musical interest, your just always in the car with me.

Summer pow in chile!

Heres a little peek at a fun pow line in Chile, from Jesse Delgrosse, Sean Thompson, Jake Chicoine and Lee Hanrahans trip to Chile in the summer on 2009. Expect to see more pow shots coming out of Chile and Argentina later on in the year as a new COOP crew is already being assembled to make the 10 000 km trip back to the southern hemi to get more of the goods. Until then lets get stoked for some snow in our hemisphere!

V-12 studios are helping us with a new web site that will be ready soon , it`s going to look really good and professional but we are still keeping the blog style format.They are also building camera booms and dollys to get sweet shots this winter. Top of the world are also helping us this season by hooking up some swag , providing us with a camera and financing a secret project ... all we need is the snow and it`s on ...

Sarah at Slaysh is doing something cool. In support of the Keep a Breast foundation they're having a fundraiser to raise awareness about Breast cancer. It's called Hooray for Boobies! and who doesn't enjoy themselves a nice pair of those once in a while... In all seriousness it's a cool thing. There are molds of women's frontal beauty that have been turned into art and one can place a silent bid on them to raise money for awareness. You can find these at Slaysh, Joe Mama's and Studio-B Hair Salon. The grand finale of all this will be at Slaysh skateshop at 775 Bank st. next thursday the 18th of November at 8pm. It'll be fun and who knows you may get to cop a feel or something. kidding!

Sarah had this to say: “I am really excited to work with KAB on this project to help educate a younger generation about breast cancer prevention. I see a lot of girls in my store, plus I have 2 sisters. Breast cancer is the last thing on their minds. We all think it’s our moms who might get it, not us.
